Vehicles

The Vehicles tab displays all vehicles within the dealership's inventory. Users have access to select a drop down filter to open specific vehicles. Within the Vehicles button users also have the ability to search for specific vehicles and edit vehicle information. Vehicles are displayed in the inventory the day they enter the system – either manually or through the data feed.

Vehicle Statuses

Hovering over the Vehicles button displays a drop down menu with the following statuses:

•	Active - Displays active vehicles, including new, used, and certified. These vehicles are available to be sold and distributed to the network (website, portal, etc.)

•

Pending - Displays vehicles marked "Pending". Vehicles marked pending do not go out in data feeds and will not display online. Users can mark a vehicles "Pending" which holds the vehicle for a specific reason. Users have access to edit the vehicle, such as change price, comment, color, or add photos.

•	Sold - Displays vehicles marked "Sold" and are not available for sale. Vehicles do not go out in data feeds and do not display on the website.

•	Used - Displays used vehicles, including "Certified" vehicles.

•	New - Displays all all vehicles.

•	Certified - Displays vehicles marked "Certified".

•	Retail - Displays vehicles marked as "Retail".

•	Wholesale - Displays vehicles marked as "Wholesale".
